Oh God, they are doing it to me again. Why do they keep putting me through this hell? Now the floor is getting hot. My feet were beginning to burn. I have no shoes on my feet, and they have left me nothing but the bare floor to sit on. So, do I let my feet burn, or sit down and let my butt burn? Which would be the lesser of two evils? Sunstone Necklaceby ~seiyalover

Artisan Crafts / Jewelry

Faceted Sunstone rondells on a sterling silver chain. Necklace measures 20" long. I also made earrings to go with this.
This necklace is my first try at using chain.

And I love sunstone, it shines so pretty.

Very pretty! I just started getting into jewelry making and used chain to make some earrings. I like working with it! Do you think you'll continue to use chain in your jewelry projects after seeing how well this one turned out?

Yeah, I really do like using chain. I hate to say it, but this necklace took me longer to do than most of my beaded necklaces. Only because I had no idea what I was doing though. I've made a few more chain necklaces after this one. So I think I'll use both chain and beads.
