How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Yay, I'm back home.

Vacation is over.

Now life can get back to normal.

We had a blast. The mountains were beautiful, and I took a lot of photos. So get ready for me to post them when I have time.

My son starts 1st grade Monday. And he gets to start his new dress code. Can you believe a public grade school enforcing a strict dress code? He has to wear khaki or navy pants or shorts (no cargo ones though), a white or navy shirt with a collar (no t-shirts), plain tennis shoes, and navy or khaki socks. We are talking about a 6 year old who can't even get through half the day with out getting everything on his clothes. I don't know, maybe it will work out.

Well I will get to cleaning the house, and maybe work on a few deviations when I can get to them.

My son doesnt mind it, but trying to keep him in the clothes they want, and to keep them clean. Is getting to be really expensive. And the thing is that it is a public school.

Hey! Welcome back. Glad you had fun!
My little boy just started Kindergarten and everyone in my state's public schools have to wear uniforms from grades K-12. It sucks for my teenage daughter who wants to express herself through her fashion, but it's cool for my boy because we don't have to worry about what to wear to school in the morning.

Wow, really. So far it is just decided by counties and the parents here. Yeah it is easy getting ready in the mornings, but my son loves to wear different clothes. He is more of a clothes hog than I am. He has so many different t-shirts that fit his personality perfectly.

Oh well, at least he can still wear his cool tennis shoes and his Pirates backpack.

Dress codes for 6 year olds?! That's crazy! I can understand maybe in junior high and high schools having them but grade school?! Oi... well, maybe if enough parents complain about it they will relax a bit on that one? I know it's happened around my hometown area a few times so you never know. Best of luck with that one!

Yeah, and do you know how dirty a 6 year old comes home from school.... Man he usually looks like he has rolled all over the entire school. The thing is that most of the parents are the ones who voted it into place, but I don't think that they knew it was going to be so strict.
